Itersys is pleased to announce its new expert partnership with CBI, the Moroccan leader in technical integration of big account clients for the implementation of an Activity-based management solution on behalf of the National railway company of Morocco (ONCF).
Itersys will bring its expertise in consultancy to identify railway KPI’s and validate the business model which will be implemented in the application.
The event is organized by Infrabel, the Belgian railway infrastructure manager and aims to promote multimodal transportation solutions and especially the railway sector in the logistical chain. Belgian and International experts will be given the opportunity to share their experience and vision of the market.
Itersys strongly supports this initiative. The financial constraints of freight transport by rail, and more generally the cost management challenges linked to this sector are the focus points of the activity-based management solutions that we develop.
Itersys team will attend the Iberian Rail Development Conference in Madrid on June 7th. Strategy, funding, innovation and regional cooperation are the keywords of this event where stakeholders from across the Iberian rail network will gather. Railway infrastructure managers, freight and passengers operators will discuss and debate the future investment and development plans and find ways to overcome their current challenges, in light of the market evolution initiated by the European Institutions that will also attend the conference.
Itersys representatives will take part in the European Rail Summit held in Brussels on April 27th and 28th.

Early this month, The Thalys Finance team won the Best Finance Team award in the category Best Practice in Controlling. The prize rewarded the introduction of an integrated financial control in the operational departments thanks to the development of a new management solution allowing a closer collaboration between the business controllers and the business.
